The fasting timer makes it easier to know what's happening in my body and also makes it much easier to stick to the plan by providing accountability (even if it's only to myself) and helping me feel like I'm accomplishing a goal every day. I also like that there are different kinds of challenges. They aren't too hard, but mostly get me to live healthy in a way that feels doable. I'm don't do a good job with restrictive diets, but intermittent fasting is proving to be quite simple, and I've noticed that my appetite during non-fasting periods is quite moderate, and I'm craving unhealthy foods less.

I am only using the free version of the fasting app so far, and it's very simple and easy to use. The part I am using is very basic since I am just starting out with the fasting. I may pay for the pro later as I get into it more. I've lost almost 3 pounds in 5 days and eating low carb. I love that the app sends notifications to motivate me to fast and drink water throughout the day. I love a strip fasting tracker to show when I can eat again, too. I like the app a lot. I'll keep using it!

I pay monthly to see recipes and tips for weight loss and exercise which is really nice. One downside is the food pal is a bit inaccurate. The app uses ai to input for meals and snacks and there’s no option to do that manually so the calorie, fat, carbs, and protein intake for some food items are wrong. For example I had a chomp stick, when I tried to log it I told the ai EXACTLY how many calories, carbs, fats, and grams of protein were in it, and it still wasn’t right. It’s not that big of a deal to me because I’m not that worried about calorie counting, it’s just a little annoying.
