Unhygienic food + terrible customer service

I had a very bad experience with Ninja and will think twice before using it again.I placed an order from McDonald’s and received cold food, half the fries missing, and a hair in my chicken nuggets. This is a serious hygiene issue, and after seeing the hair I couldn’t trust or enjoy the rest of the meal.The worst part was customer service. I contacted support immediately and spent about an hour messaging them. They kept asking me again and again for the same pictures and videos that I had already sent multiple times. I kept getting copy-paste replies like “Sorry for what happened” and “Don’t worry, my dear, I need the damaged item,” instead of a clear, professional response. It honestly felt like I was talking to a bot that didn’t understand my problem.Even after all that, the refund they offered did not match the full value of my order. I had to correct them because the amount they talked about was 11, while my order was 38. For food that arrived cold and with a hair in it, this is completely unacceptable.This whole incident caused me a lot of discomfort and stress, and I lost trust in the safety of the food delivered through this app. Ninja really needs to:•Take hygiene complaints much more seriously•Fix the technical and language issues in their support chat•Stop sending automated, repeated responses and actually read what the customer is sayingI hope they improve, but for now I cannot recommend this app.
Disappointing First Experience - Slow Response Cost Me My Order

I recently used this app for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I tried to cancel my order within minutes after placing it, but the customer service was painfully slow in responding. Despite their claim of replying within 2 minutes, there were significant delays in communication.I first requested to cancel my order at 1:14 PM, but by the time they got back to me at 1:40 PM, the restaurant had already accepted and started preparing the order. I understand that certain things are beyond control, but the delay in their response made it impossible for me to cancel in time. As a result, I was stuck with an order I no longer wanted, and they took no responsibility for the delay on their end. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will not use this service again. Customer support needs to be more responsive to avoid situations like this, especially when it directly affects the user's ability to manage their orders.
