I tried to email a client a photo that I had taken with my phone and it doesn't seem like there is a way to attach anything to the email with this app.

This app is currently useless. You can’t filter anything. The tasks, tickets, etc windows show every item for everyone in the deployment, always. There’s no way to only see stuff assigned to you or to set what statuses to filter by. The old “classic” app is far from perfect, but leaps and bounds better than this new app because it’s actually useable for some things.

Oh ma I was really glad to see an update because the old app was so bad. This new one looks better but boy what a horrible experience. Why in the world would you not allow user to ad a space in notes. They keyboard changes to “done” instead of “return”. Fields auto correct without you even finishing typing.

App is hard to use. Expenses are easier to log on the classic app. Also when logging time it won’t let me change the class category
