Jessica Valant is a licensed physical therapist, women’s health expert and Pilates teacher with over 25 years of experience. Jessica’s program has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Her workouts have increased my strength, balance, flexibility, and maneuverability 100 percent. I’m 53 and don’t think twice about getting down on the floor anymore. I can easily pop back up with out knee pain or twinges. Running was getting too hard on my body and I knew having gone through menopause I needed to increase my strength. I work and don’t have loads of time. Her workouts are comprehensive but don’t require a lot of time. It took me a while to get out of the mentality that you had to spend an hour a day to get results. Jessica’s workouts work all parts of the body in a controlled fashion so you get ALOT of bang for your buck. Her PT background is invaluable. She is always positive and “real”. Her program helps the physical as well as the mental. I’m a much calmer, stress-free, person since starting her program 6 months ago. I gifted a 3 month trial to my 25 year old daughter and she loves it as well. The Gift of Health. The app is user friendly and wonderful. I can use it at work when I need a 5 minute pick me up. The workout library is EXTENSIVE. I had shoulder pain the other day—found a 15 minute shoulder pain work out and no more pain!!! Highly recommend this program. She’s awesome.

I love Jessica more than I can express. I have dysautonomia, MS, MCAS, fibromyalgia, Hashimotos , and Raynauds. I was bedbound for 8 months with dysautonomia and MS and doing Pilates with Jessica built up so much strength that I was able to not only get up, but use the walker then the cane. I’m back to the walker due to decline, but my doctor was truly in awe of my strength. He couldn’t believe it and told me if I wasn’t doing Pilates the way I am, I would be significantly worse off than I am. Jessica is truly amazing and makes Pilates and strength accessible to everyone.

Jessica’s experience as a Pilates instructor makes every workout video a class worth attending. She always explains the proper form for every exercise and why it is valuable. Her professionalism and approachability come through in every video. There are injury-focused workouts, advanced, intermediate, and beginner options. These workouts have accompanied me throughout many, many seasons of my life. I also love the podcast with perspectives from Jessica as a working professional and parent.

I love the Pilates instruction from Jessica, so detailed with cues to help with form. I also like that there are weight workouts and a variety in addition to just Pilates. The big bonus is that Jessica is a Physical Therapist so she offers so much extra information and direction for specific issues like hip/knee pain. She has really helped me! The app is gorgeous and so much more convenient than the web browser. I’ve joined other exercise programs but this is a keeper for me. Love it and highly recommend this program.
