It’s the best weed I have smoke and I tried other places this is a far better place to go to the people are great they know there products. I quit going to other places cause I have been to so many that the people who work at the other places get into the packages and that’s not cool. This place is the BEST PLACE FOR WEED

It’s so sad planet 13 is buying out local pot shops and raising the prices astronomically. Especially during a recession it’s not wise to raise prices. Loyal customers are going to go to other places to get a better deal. It’s really disheartening that they are doing this to there patients. Shame on whoever is behind raising the prices on flower. The flower use to be 15-19 a jar. On the sale days you could get a jar for 10-14 bucks. Now jars range from 20-45. Most of the jars are 25 and up. I went there last week and the jars were 15-19. This price increase just happened. I won’t be able to afford these new prices and so will alot of other loyal customers. It’s horrible that planet 13 is doing this to there customers. I feel bad for all the lovely nice employees that work in the stores because they are going to be dealing with angry customers. They don’t deserve that grief. Planet 13s corporate should really rethink what they are doing. They are not only going to loose customers but also great employees with these practices.

I understand that planet 13 wants customer to come in to get more and to see what you guys have to offer, but when doing delivery it shouldn’t be more of a hassle to receiving the order when we prepay in advance for these items with your new system. I made the order around 6 and you guys couldn’t deliver since it was a 6pm-9pm window. I then chose 9pm-11:45pm since that was the next available, but I wasn’t given any information about my order and that it feels like you workers decide to do/go the latest as possible. I wouldn’t be writing, but it’s happened multiple times where your delivery services is very inconvenient for the customer on the other side. I can’t always come in to check the new deals and I shouldn’t receive worser services when I do delivery.

Creating an account forces you into marketing emails you CAN NOT opt out, You must wait until you receive an email and unsubscribe.The app interface is not aligned there’s multiple menus and information overlapping When you navigate to the shop it automatically opens a browser to shop, 20% off ONLY if you sign up for more marketing to a email but not for downloading the app. Either way using a browser is a better experience,everything the app offers is there without having to open other apps and the interface is easily accessible. Side note $38 for a shirt is crazy
