High-Pressure, Low-Pay and Extremely Unfair to Drivers

In my experience as a driver, this app and platform create an extremely high-pressure working environment while offering payouts that are often far too low for the actual time, mileage, airport traffic, waiting time, tolls, vehicle expenses, and level of professional service required.Drivers are expected to make decisions on offers very quickly, often without enough time to properly evaluate all the trip details. At the same time, cancellations, reassignments, penalties, and performance metrics can have consequences for drivers.Communication is also a major problem. Transfeero frequently tells users to contact support to resolve issues, but I have repeatedly attempted to communicate by email and directly with support regarding serious concerns without obtaining meaningful resolutions. Saying “contact us so we can discuss the issue” means very little when the actual concerns are not properly addressed.I believe Apple should closely review the practices associated with this driver application, including how offers, compensation, penalties, trip reassignments, and driver communications are handled. Drivers providing professional transportation services deserve transparent pricing, clear rules, reasonable response times, and fair treatment.

Absolutely ridiculous company

To begin with, they don't know any rules and regulations; they're sending cheap rates to drivers and requesting free meet and greet services inside the airport, as well as providing free baby seats. In addition, when passengers are late, they won't compensate you and if they complain for anything, they will deduct 30 to 80$ easily from your wallet. I would advise drivers to stay away from these scammers because they send money after a month. You will waste your time by providing free meet and greets and baby seats as a service. This is an unprofessional company that shouldn't be trusted.
