Great game

100+ hours into the game and can’t wait to sink a couple hundred more while it continues to develop. I can tell that the devs care a lot about their game because they prioritized bugs and QoL features rather than ways to make money. If anything, I’m worried that there’s barely any way for them to make money from the game. My only issue is that I have had quite a few friends try out the game but many gave up because of a lack of direction and some of them being stuck at the tutorial. Hopefully the tutorial is more fleshed out and fixed down the road because it really is a good game. I also hope there’s a better way to tell people about how to progress in the game because lots of people have trouble with figuring out where to go and what to do after the tutorial has ended. That’s all. Keep up the great work!

Fun game! I’m writing this review 2 days after public release so things are probably gonna change and hopefully just improve. I really enjoy the gameplay loop as it is (I’m sure it will get expanded upon too). The rare items feel worthwhile to farm all while you get stronger and build up a loot stash to take part in the playerdriver economy. The devs are really awesome here I can’t say that enough. I had a qol idea I rly wanted to see in game, so I asked the main dev if he can add it. He says “there’s a small chance before release” a few hours later I get a DM saying it’s all done and added. Not many games have this possibility. The music is by zone and really phenomenal.. shoutout to the one guy who does it all! For a game made almost solely by two ppl (save for translations and such) this is amazing, and I can’t wait to see where it goes!

Firstly, I just want to say this is my first review, and I want this game to succeed so saying something positive is the least I can do. Born Again, where do I even start? It’s not only genuinely fun, but it has an amazing art style. It has a solid mixture between being challenging, yet still lenient when you mess up. It’s easy to pick up, but hard to master, people that are really good are able to take on end game bosses at level 1, which tells you how much potential freedom one has in the game. Lastly, and in my opinion most importantly, NO PAY TO WIN, it’s rare to come by, especially since it’s multiplayer, but they monetize their game perfectly. HOWEVER, if you use the paid for currency on cosmetics, you’ll lose the cosmetic on death (this is a perma death game, so it’s not very unexpected) but you can use the paid for currency for more than just cosmetics, and you can see what else you can get with it once you download the game. Overall, solid game, and I’m planning on dumping my life into it! See you in the spirit world future ronins!

An absolutely amazing MMO. The sense of community in this game is great, the discord is full of helpful people, everyone is always very positive and looking to help!
