New in 5.0: pick a goal, from Sleep and Calm to Confidence and Abundance, and press play. Every goal has Mixes of affirmations, music, sounds and brainwaves made for it. Pick a goal. Press play. ReliefMix plays a Mix made for what you want help with: hand-picked affirmations you hear and read, over calming music, nature sounds and binaural beats. Start with sleep, calm, focus or confidence, or make subliminal affirmations of your own. PICK A GOAL Sleep, Calm, Focus, Motivation, Confidence, Happiness, Self-Love, Relationships, Abundance, Health or Spirituality. Every goal has Mixes named for what they do: Quiet a Racing Mind, Fall Back Asleep, Believe in Yourself, Shine in Your Job Interview, Rest Without Guilt, Attract Abundance and dozens more. The first Mix of every goal is free. PRESS PLAY Your Mix opens in Experience, a full-screen view where each affirmation appears as it's spoken, over pictures that match the sound. Prefer no words? Sound-only Mixes come with a breathing guide. Read along, or breathe along. FALL ASLEEP TO KIND WORDS Soft rain, ocean waves, a crackling fire, brown noise or white noise, with slow delta waves beneath and sleep affirmations played softly and further apart. Mixes like Fall Back Asleep are there for 3 a.m. With Ultimate, set a sleep timer that fades you to sleep, or a delayed start. EVERY LAYER AT ITS OWN VOLUME Each Mix layers affirmations with music, sounds, brainwaves and frequencies, each on its own slider: hundreds of calming songs and music stations; rain, thunderstorms, ocean, birds, ASMR and white, brown and pink noise; binaural beats, isochronic tones and monaural beats from delta to gamma, and programs that change as you listen; Solfeggio frequencies from 174 to 963 Hz. Change any layer and keep the Mix as your own. YOUR WORDS, YOUR VOICE Write your own affirmations, generate them with AI around your goal, or record them in your own voice. Choose the voice, its speed and pitch, and how often each line plays. MAKE IT SUBLIMINAL Turn any affirmation, typed or recorded, into a subliminal: lower it beneath the music, layer it, move it in stereo, or add texture and pulse, with 18 voice effects in all. Subliminal or spoken, every word stays on screen as it plays. THOUSANDS OF AFFIRMATIONS Positive affirmations in 60 categories, from confidence and self-love to gratitude, motivation, relationships, abundance and manifestation. A MIX FOR EVERY PART OF YOUR DAY On iPhone and iPad, Explore has Mixes ready for this morning, this afternoon and tonight, and learns from what you play. The Home Screen widget keeps your Mix a tap away. PLAYLISTS, REMINDERS AND ACTIVITY Keep favorites, playlists and reminders close, and see your listening and the affirmations you've heard in Activity. ReliefMix plays in the background, alongside other audio apps if you like, and works offline once a Mix has played. FREE AND ULTIMATE Free: every affirmation, song and sound, the first Mix of every goal and many more, Experience, and your own affirmations and recordings, 20 minutes at a time. Ultimate: listen all night, a sleep timer that fades you to sleep, every Mix for every goal, every music station, brainwave programs, HD sound, and your affirmations backed up on all your devices. to the developer: so, this app is quite close to being very perfect.. i *love* that i can listen to the subs i make while watching tiktok, etc. …. the thing is, when i have the app downloaded on both of my ipad + iphone, it constantly auto ‘syncs with icloud’ while i edit my text-to-voice affirmations, and will undo any edits i make if it auto syncs before i manually save it. it’s kind of a race of ‘can i press the sync button to save my edits before it auto-syncs and undoes my edits’… solving that issue would fix the biggest current problem imo — maybe to where the sync button is tweaked a little (also i made sure i had the recently updated version before typing this). it seems to save my edits if i have the app on only one of my devices before syncing though (i currently have it on only my ipad and it’s been very smooth)PS. to any ppl reading this: some reviewer said they only have bot voice, you can also record your own voice & even layer it, etc.it takes a little to really learn the ins and outs to this app, but it truly is the best subliminal app i’ve ever used

I really want to give this app five stars. There are just two things I don’t like about it. The pre-recorded affirmations are a super robotic voice and doesn’t sound good at all. It also does not seem to work with iTunes either. I would love to play the music I have in my iTunes library and select the affirmations and this would be the best app I’ve ever downloaded. I know that’s possible because I used to use an app called subliminator which did exactly that, but they removed it from the App Store so I couldn’t get that one anymore.Update: thank you for the response and making this app perfect I honestly can’t think of anything else I would want. This is exactly what I was looking for.

High quality Voices were added in the latest update, and they're now available for all users. You may also see affirmations as they play and even do breathing exercises. For playing alongside iTunes library: go to app settings and enable "Play with other audio apps". ReliefMix can be used alongside all audio apps, including iTunes/Apple Music. If you need any assistance, please reach out to support@reliefmix.com. Thank you!

This App Knocks it Out of the Park for Subliminals

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this app. The cost of upgrading from the free version to the ultimate version is more than reasonable. After so much frustration in trying to find an app with functionality to create my own subliminal recordings, I found my holy grail in this app. You can either record your own affirmations in your own voice, or use one from the app’s robust library. If you use the app’s affirmations, the app provides a wide selection of male and female voices in a variety of accents and languages. The selection of sounds and music is sensational, and if you can’t find ambient music that appeals to you in the stock music included in this app, you can use something in your own library. In addition to making it possible foe you to mix affirmations and ambient music, you can layer in solfeggio frequencies, binaural and isochronic tones, ASMR and other ambient sound effects. The key to all of this is the mixer that provides the perfect balance of functionality and ease of use. I’m absolutely thrilled. Thank you, Colton.

Fantastic app that rivals the more known ones

I can tell Colton put his entire heart into this app. It can be buggy here and there, but where it matters it does a fantastic job and exactly what I was looking for. The feature to record your own voice works better here than all the other apps I tried. This was about the 8th app I tried after a long search, and surprisingly the best at that feature. Thank you Colton, you deserve every dollar and more!
