FCM23 is a Soccer Club Management game written and developed by real soccer coaches and managers to give players a realistic day-to-day club management experience, that's full of depth yet quick to play. This is the only game available that allows you to become a director of a football club or for you to take over and manage a club as the chairman. Start your career as a Director of Soccer, either by creating your own club from scratch or by taking on a role at a real soccer club. Manage all aspects of the club from finances, sponsorships, staff, and player recruitment as you set out your philosophy and vision for the club and look to deliver success to the board and fans. Improve your reputation and move to bigger and better jobs as you earn reputation and build coins to one day being able to mount a takeover and own your very own club and become the chairman! Decent but has potential

A good game with a lot of potential! Has too many stupid bugs right now that really take away from the experience. The BIGGEST bugs have to do with negotiations. For example:1. When signing players it won’t let you adjust your offer to your liking, instead it caps off how much you can offer(regardless of available money) which throws off the negotiation completely. 2. Loan negotiations & club negotiations need more variety. With loans it’s always “negotiate” once then either accept or they walk. Yet it’s completely different when you go to loan a player. Same with stadium advertisers and all the club stuff, barely any negotiating and options. If those 2 BIG issues are fixed this would be an excellent game. The rest are small things like…1. In-game coin values are off especially when it’s the only currency. Things cost way too much(coaches upgrades, agents & off time activities). 2. Not enough available staff. I had an off-season where there were only 5 available free agent coaches. 3. Repetitive “highlights” especially the “offsides play”. Some highlights are actually pretty random and awesome so that’s why this is a small one. Entertaining game with potential to be great tbh

I love actually playing this game, but it’s incredible how 4 seasons in a row, my created team has manage to maintain first place for the entirety of the season and then drop to second or 3rd in the final 3 games of the season. Then, again, for the 4th season in a row, we get knocked out in the playoffs. There’s absolutely no way this isn’t scripted. I had created the best squad in the league and to see this happening 4 seasons in a row is very disappointing and is something that needs to change. You could say i maybe just got extremely unlucky, but i deleted and re downloaded the game, started a new save with a new team in the same league and of course the exact same thing happened. You also can’t play with better teams until u reach a certain manager level, so with this scripted format you are basically stuck with a non league side. Maybe i’m missing something or playing the game wrong but if not then this game is a waste of your time because while it is actually a fun game, your team cannot move to the top leagues which kills it for me. I really need the game to receive an update that allows your team, if it’s one of the best in the league and in form, to be promoted. Maybe if this happens i will change my 1 star rating, but for now i’m just very disappointed.

I love this game! It’s unique as it allows you to play as a Sporting Director, who oversees all the staff and player, as well as club facilities development. It has many issues with realism, though. I play as Manchester United, and the manager used Victor Lindelof as a goalkeeper hahaha! And I had some random polish club pay $25mil for Alex Telles. Updated review: after the recent update, seems like they are trying to improve the game slowly, and I’m enjoying it. Updated my score to 4/5. Still disappointing that the latest transfers from the summer are not all updated, but the game is definitely on the right track.Update 2: I wanted to transfer some players to match the current real world roster, and I can’t because they’re both “uninterested” in joining my club. I payed $2.99 to access the editor to hopefully do it manually, like FM Mobile 22 lets you to, but the editor here is a joke, only allows you to edit name and appearance. Until the rosters are up to date, or at least the editor allows you to move players between teams, I’m changing my score to 2/5, because now I’m a paying customer.

Has the potential of being the best soccer manager game out there

Incredibly in-depth and extremely impressive management all around. Financial aspect is really cool and balancing player personalities and coach tactics are a welcome challenge. However, if there is any chance of advancing passed your league and growing beyond it, you have to pay a consistently high amount to get coins. I would honestly buy the mobile game/full version (if offered) for $10-$15 if it replaced the coins but I won’t pay $5, $10, $20, $50, or even $100 for coins that I will eventually have to replace/purchase again. I understand you have to make money, but paying for the game without it the coins is a much more likely option for people to do or even throw some ads in there. Great game but I really can’t move forward at this point.
