Love this app for translating my notes into documents I can reference later. Started off rocky with having double charges and functionality not working as expected but customer service was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful and everything works perfectly now. Completely recommend if you want to scan to pdf of word or to text if you’re a handwritten notes person like me and store to reference later!

when I paid it was not worth it

This app provided a good solution for me to submit my chemistry lab documents to Canvas (a college education system), organized and in order. However, there are limits to how many things you can submit or the quality of resolution with which you download your pictures. So I subscribed, $8 a month. But after I had been using the app for a while, it stopped working for me. I would get my documents organized in the app but as I tried to download them to my Files app, Scan Now would refuse to let me export them. It would not explain why, just acted like it was loading then kicked me back to the starting point. I believe that this is a problem within the app, because every time this has happened to me, I have had a good connection to WiFi, so there’s no reason it should not load.

I saw reviews of this app and decided to give it a try. Your app said it would be $5 a month for one year it didn’t say anything about taking all $65 out all at one time. I canceled the app as soon as the charge to my credit card came through and I would like this charge to be reversed. the subscription. Was cancelled Immediately I tried contacting you Through your app, but it said the email did not go through. It was not a valid email address please return money back into my account as I need that money. next time notify people that you are going to take out almost $100 out of their account all at once and it will not be a monthly charge of five dollars like what was initially Proposed. How frustrating that’s why I don’t trust apps or review reviews.

It was easy enough to use, but as I took more pics of the pages of the document, the sizing wasn’t right. It would be too elongated at times. I just framed each page as best I could, and tapped the button to take a pic. Then, when I looked at all my pages when done scanning, I had to press Edit, then press Crop to correct the sizing of some pages. That worked pretty well to make the pages look more uniform.
In this version we worked on performance improvements and fixed some bugs.
