This is an excellent app for notaries and small business owners. It functions as a bookkeeping system, journal, and operational tracker all in one place, which makes it incredibly useful for mobile notaries managing their business in the field.For a solo notary, it is easily one of the most practical all in one tools available. It keeps records organized, simplifies tracking, and supports the day to day logistics of running a notary business.The only improvements I would suggest would relate to scalability. A few additional features that support larger teams or signing services would make this platform even stronger. With that said, for an independent notary or small operation, this app is an outstanding resource and a powerful tool to run a notary business efficiently.

Steve the creator of the app he is so awesome In this day and age with the prices of everything so high from gas, shipping costs, food cost, if anything that people should be concentrating on in their businesses it should be great customer service. I downloaded the app I went to go use it to add a category for expenses. I was at a conference so I was on an unsecured Wi-Fi so that might’ve been the issue. I went to add a new category it kept saying I had an error but then it would save it when I re-open the app. I didn’t think anything of it because I figured this was something that would eventually get fixed in an update. Thank you Steve for taking the time to reach out to me and call me personally to ask me about the error that I was receiving in the app. This is why I have chosen NotaryGadget as my accounting platform because Steve truly cares about his business and serving his customers to go that extra step and asked me about what was going on. I have been a notary for 2 years, Notary Gadget was recommend and has never disappointed me! It is a one stop gadget for all your accounting needs as a notary/signing Agent. I can easily track upcoming appointments, unpaid invoices, mileage, notarizations, expenses, and now they have added new features such as the automation for new appointment, saving me data entry time. They also have a feature where you can easily send a text for appointment confirmation. Looooove the new features. Finally making an app allows me to quickly See my availability for appointments request I receive while on the go. Thank you!!

I’ve been using this app for some years now and at first it was the best running for me in my business! I was even living in a rural area at the time. I would say since around 2024 was when I starting noticing some lag and glitches beginning to happen more often after certain updates, etc. Lately I don’t like how the app will not return to the same screen I was previously looking at simply due to switching to a different app on my phone. Another lag is when looking under the Paid section. It sometimes takes forever to load and go back to the Unpaid section. Other than those couple gripes I give it 3.5 stars but needs some improvement in those areas.
