I do not usually take the time to write a review, but our experience with this app was so exceptionally bad that something should be said. We could not create an account because it would not let us put our American phone number into the system (+1). When trying to upload documents later on, the camera could not focus (I have a brand new IPhone pro). Lastly, when we called Enterprise for help, they required a fee of $100 to have a person help us. No thank you. We will go elsewhere.With respect to the developer’s response: We are American trying to plan a rental car reservation in Switzerland. The app allows for the input of both USA and UK phone numbers (we tried both) but could not complete the reservation.

This is an amazing concept. We are trying to rent a car for our trip next month and we cannot sign up. When we are asked to input our phone number, it tells us we entered the phone number incorrectly. We have tried many times. When I called customer service, they wanted to charge me $99 to put it in for me.

Paid for car, uploaded my docs for verification the day before, still locked out of car day of rental. Help-line does not have live help. Machine loops and auto texts. I would use any other service before I rented from this company again. They are respected in the United States, but this one is bordering on a scam.
