I’m have requested automatic payment however each month I get a notification that my payment couldn’t go through. When I go to your site my auto pay is turned off! I turned it back on and paid my bill manually. That process was easy it is concerning that every month your auto pay system kicks me out

Easy for an old 76 year old! I lost my current card so I had it only a digital wallet card and was able to extract the information and put it into the payment program and pay with that with the expiration date of 7/24, while I’m waiting for my new plastic debit card to arrive by mail from the United States.

I’ve used several cable provider apps, and this is by far the best one. I love the volume and mute features on the screen. I also love that you can rewind a program. The interface is very user-friendly. I use this app all the time.

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. If I am using the app means that is much better than calling. But I don’t know why in Gods world it won’t let me pay using the app. I can’t make a payment and also it doesn’t show that the card I’m using to pay the balance. I’m remember that in later updates it let me pinch to make the payment with my visa now I can’t do that. I tried calling the office and they couldn’t give me a hand with this. So that means the app for me is not working also useless. Please fix this so I can use this app.
