I have been using Club for several months to work with brands. I’ve been a content creator for 5 years and found this a fun way to connect with brands I already love. I’ve experienced a few glitches in the past but support helped rectify them until recently. They have a like calculation portion that is supposed to collect likes within 24 hours. Until it glitched during one of my campaigns and left my calculation at 0 and I earned 0 cents when I received well over 100 likes in the first 24 hours. To report a technical bug don’t expect a response for at least a week. When they finally responded they told me this calculation was correct which is absurd, I have NEVER received 0 likes on a post in the first hour let alone the first 24 hours. When I dedicate my time to following brand guidelines and posting, I don’t expect the result to be a complete disregard for my time and effort when I know firsthand the facts. Even after this terrible support experience I have a post that has been glitching for the last month not allowing the brand to approve it or be paid out. In addition to my complete loss of earnings on a post I know I earned at least $40 on. This experience is the type of experience that completely turns you away from an app especially when support is highly unhelpful in reaching an appropriate solution. I have offered them to reset and I will delete the post and make it again which is wild and something I shouldn’t even have to do, so we’ll see if we reach a resolution. This is a reminder to screen record everything even if you think you don’t need it.
