Poor quality and the “free” trial is not free

First, Downloaded to check quality in turning audio recordings into mp4 or another format. Audio quality is terrible and grainy. Found a better solution for free online. Second, cancelled subscription 2 days before the free trial was done. Clearly saw the subscription was expired. Then was charged a whole week and don’t even have access for it as it still shows up as expired. This company and product is selling a poor product at a premium price and apparently it doesn’t matter whether you cancel your subscription or not.
