I only wish that the city of Highland would’ve came up with this app 11 years ago, better late than never I guess, it’s so much easier to pay my utility bill & my Internet bill all in one app. There’s also a few other things that I wouldn’t have found out about if I didn’t have this app, like events going on around town. Not to mention, being able to report things (derelict cars, etc) to the city discreetly. I think pretty much every single major city should have an app much like this one.
