Needs some work
The app is effectual, though it needs to be much more user friendly. When opened with headphones on, the app produces a deafening screeching noise for no apparent reason. Also, when signing up, the bars that you're entering your information into is very confusing. Both my brother and I ran into the same problem, where we thought there was two address bars because they are confusingly and ineffectively placed on the page. It looks pretty good though, and is at least visually appealing. Please review the bugs that need to be fixed. Thank you
Great Improvement
I like being able to easily track my point balance and earn and spend using the virtual card in the app. Being able to see when I am about to earn my free club item is a plus. I wish more retailers would offer special deals for members.
New version is better
I have used kickback for many years. Old app was ok but definitely needed improvement. This is much easier to use and see all rewards I can get.
