MySparklight 4+

We've been in this service area since 1984. During this time we've had multiple Internet service providers. Sparklight's pricing, performance and support is by far the best of any ISP we've ever had. I've just downloaded the Sparklight app and taken a quick look. It looks to have everything needed to determine billing, outages and health of the system. Unlike some of the other reviews, I have had no difficulty logging in to the app or to the website account. I pay via the website each and every month without any issues whatsoever.

Congratulations to Sparklight management, staff and to the web and app development teams, and thank you for excellent Internet service at a very reasonable price.

I’ve had spark light for about two years ish I’ve never had to use the app the went to the app for everything and I can’t even log into it here recently the internet has been bad as well and they want me to pay a whole bill for internet I’ve not been able to use constantly for a month bc it keeps shutting off and failing or lose connection on the hard cable I’ve had techs out 3 times and now about to have one come out the 4th time this month so I’m about done

Does not work at all. Login page just loops after entering credentials - this tracks as the Sparklight website is also barely functional at best. They also have no phone support for billing or change of services, you have to take time off work to go to an office between 8-5 Monday through friday. Save yourself the hassle and use another company if you have the option.
