Love It Already!

I do everything from my smartphone and of course apps make things so much easier than navigating a webpage, which is why I am so glad CU took the plunge and got a. App! While I’ve just set up my account and obviously it’s a new app, I am loving the look and the features! So far so good!

“blocked”

This app blocked me from logging into my account that I share with my fiancé. Extremely annoying. Wont let me log in. Encourages users to not pay their bills because it won’t even let you login.

Doesn’t work

Complete trash. Won’t accept any payment Cards that I already had on file, won’t take new ones. Forces me to switch to a worse service. Good job.
