Chat with PoGO trainers around the world! Welcome to largest PoGO trainers community online! Get to know PoGO trainers nearby and around the world and live chat with them. With this app you can: - Scan for nearby trainers to chat with and adventure together. - Get in touch with trainers around the world and make real time chat conversations. - Search for PoGO trainers with their in-game nickname or friend code and communicate directly within app. - Get found by nearby or international community (based on your profile privacy settings) - Connect with web service to search for PoGO trainers around the world by country, city or team. - Block or unblock trainers for communication. - Receive push notifications for new messages (refer to settings to enable) How to get found by nearby or international community? - Go to My Account, the edit profile and select “Let other trainers find me” for Visibility. How to completely hide your friend code online and still use the features? - Go to My Account, the edit profile and select “Hide me” for Visibility. This setting will remove your friend code and make you impossible to be added in game as a friend. This setting will also make you invisible to nearby trainers.

A lot of the features are not on the app, but redirect you to their website. You are set to visible by default and will be deluged in friends requests until you find the setting to hide yourself. It is not possible to hide yourself without selecting male or female as your gender. This sounds ridiculous, but if you picked “prefer not to say” in the signup process, it won’t let you turn off the fire hose of friend requests without saying you are male or female. Since I’m nonbinary this required misgendering myself. You can’t just delete your account. There is no option for that. To delete your account/data, they want you submit a ticket with your full name and phone number. I am serious. This thing is here to mine your data, and the more you realize what a mistake you made ever touching it, the more data it demands of you to get out.I just thought I’d see if I could find some Icy Snow or Sandstorm friends out here, and this was not worth it at all. And no, I didn’t find any.

"You are set to visible by default and will be deluged in friends requests until you find the setting to hide yourself." - NO! When you sign up from app, you are set to invisible mode by default. 2. "You can’t just delete your account." - NO! "Delete account" option is just available in My account menu and also in app under "My account". You can delete your account yourself at anytime.3. "A lot of the features are not on the app, but redirect you to their website." - While website provides lots of features such as messaging, trading, nest hunting, raids etc. this app is designed for realtime chat and nearby trainer discovery only as given in its app name PoGO CHAT (group chat is coming soon). For example if you would like to use an app for raids, you are more than welcome to download our Raid King app instead. 4. "more data it demands of you to get out." NO! - Please read 2 above. User owns the data and they can be edited and deleted by the user as they wish. Please read our Privacy statement and terms of service given in site/app.Further, please contact our support and we are glad to help you with any clarification about the app functionality if required. We are currently the largest and most trusted PoGO community online operating since 2016, from the very beginning and consistently working with trainers around the world to improve it.

A front end is web browser for the website would better. The web site is super useful and convenient, but this app just links around to site in another browser.

**Edit**: The issue has been fixed! Thank you to the developers for making the app more functional! I like the app, really... except for that when I don't have it open, it never sends any notifications and then I miss out on raids with Pokefriends!!! Really hoping this can be fixed. I double triple checked the settings on my phone and app too, and they both allow the notifications. Please help and fix :)
