After you have placed your order, stay informed with order status updates for every step in the process. We will send you a notification to let you know when your order is being shopped.

We will send you another notification when your order is ready for pick-up or has been taken to the airport for delivery to you on the first available flight. Orders that are shipped will be delivered to your local airport for pick-up.

I tried to set up an account by putting in my email and phone number. I never got the confirmation so I tried to send a message to the developer. About twenty minutes later I got a robo call with an Anchorage number saying my identity had been compromised and to dial “1” to speak with an operator. I hung up. I hope this doesn’t turn out badly for me. I hope I don’t get spammed continuously. They should have worked out these kinks before sending out mass emails saying the app was ready to roll.

We're sorry you experienced issues with the account confirmation when setting up your app account. Setting up an account in the AC app or at shopalaskacommercial.com never involves robo calls. Since the app first launched, we have updated the account verification process to send a code, rather than a link. Can you try again, with the latest version of the app?
