I’ve been a process server for a few years and I have used apps by companies like ABC Legal, ProVest, and EZ Serve (I do not recommend working for ABC or EZ). So I can say with some authority that applications made for process servers are generally pretty terrible. But not so with the ServeManager app. It’s not perfect, as there are times when jobs that I can find on the website will not show up in the app for some reason, but overall this is by far the best app out there for process servers and the app will make your life much easier if you use their service.

Our company has been using servemanager for a while but the app just doesn’t load out all of your jobs. Like some jobs or job numbers are missing in app. Additionally, we lost some sorting features such at sort by date created. Which was by far the most useful for our company. Few issues that make it almost unusable for our company, if the were fixed we would be thrilled.

I like the app as it makes it easy to update jobs and sort out your route. However you have no option to input new jobs. I would give it 5 starts, but 3 is it because of the lack of adding new jobs. The next update would be great if you add that option or at least a link to go to the browser to input jobs. Hope to see this soon. Thanks!
