My initial enthusiasm quickly turned to outrage when I realized the platform's core flaw: it is impossible to simply delete my data and start over.I accidentally entered a single piece of incorrect starting information, which threw off all my progress tracking. When I attempted to find a simple "reset" or "delete all data" button, I discovered there was none.In desperation, I tried to sign out and sign back in to force a reset. Then hoped to delete and start over. The result? Instead of allowing me to fix my data, the app banned my Apple ID entirely from the service. I am now locked out, unable to use the app, all because I needed to correct an initial input error.This is not just poor design; it's hostile. A fitness app that prevents users from correcting simple mistakes and instead opts to permanently ban their primary sign-in method is completely unacceptable. This company has no respect for user accounts or data integrity.Do not waste your time. If you value your data and the ability to use your Apple account on other services, stay far away from "You Can." The company needs to immediately address this catastrophic bug and the punitive measure of locking out users for trying to reset their profiles.

you download it and then you give it all this information about how he weight all that stuff just to see that you have to pay to find out anything else, but you don’t know what you’re paying for and I’m not gonna pay if I know nothing about what I’m gonna get! you gotta give a trial period, even if it’s a matter of a couple hours so they can tinker around and make sure it’s right for them. I will not sync a dime into anything before I make sure to see if it’s worth it using.

I understand it’s a workout app and it’s there to make money. However, I’m on disability ATM, can’t afford much of a gym membership or app membership (wah wah, I know but it’s true). I’m trying to get better and be healthier etc etc. The app is good and instructive but the terms of what I’m able to get thru the free membership doesn’t seem to be listed. How many exercises am I able to see / do per day. The daily workout the app suggests is a joke for me to do. I do t have that level of strength or balance yet. This seems to be the best app for doing the exercises correctly so I do hurt myself but I seem to get nothing except one exercise a day to do.
