Absolutely terrible app. The original was a thousand times better, and whatever project manager insisted on installing this absolute trash should get a new job serving fries. This is 100% garbage.Update: this is still a horrible app. I literally cannot believe they are still trying to use this thing. If it were possible to give it negative stars, I would. Who makes an app that you can’t sign in with face recognition anymore? I know it says there’s an option for it, but every single time you login, it tells you to sign sign up for face recognition. So you sign up for face recognition. Then you login again… And it tells you to sign up for face recognition. Unusable.Whoever is in charge of this and needs to fix this broken, terrible, wretched app. Nobody… Nobody… Nobody wants this app.

Breaks the world record for most useless app

Impossible to navigate with calling tech support or going to the branch. Gee doesn’t that defeat the purpose of an app? They used to have a really functional app for business accounts but they couldn’t break it so they replaced it. 1st reason for coming to this bank was 6 digit pins…that got taken away. 2nd was an employee that left them. 3rd was the functionality of the previous app. Not much reason to keep doing business at all

I’m not sure why there are so many low reviews. It sounds like there was a better app before. All I can tell you is this app allows me to sign in with face recognition, deposits my checks successfully, and allows me to see my expenses and income. That’s all I need.

I use Central Bank Business app for my accessing my business accounts but it hardly ever works making it really difficult to keep up with my daily transactions. It keeps crashing, doesn’t allow login, app doesn’t load most of the times and keeps losing biometric login. It’s the most frustrating app of all the banking apps I use.
