I've been very impressed with this app developer's attention to feedback and responsiveness. There were some suggestions offered as to how to improve the app and, thus far, they've worked to incorporate that feedback. Came back here to change my rating to reflect the improvements. I’ve found the tabs to work consistently and well. I’ve had no problems with them connecting to my phone. I’ve been doing EMDR with a therapist for a few months and I noticed the tabs she used were really helping me to get into a more meditative state. This is huge for me because I’ve been trying to get into a meditation routine for decades and have tried so many methods and classes, to no avail. The stimulation from the tabs is an anchor that allows me to settle in. I love the guided meditations and would love for you to add more. I wouldn’t try using them for processing anything difficult on my own, but as an aid in installing helpful beliefs and daily meditation practice, they are amazing!

I’m extremely disappointed with both this product and the customer support experience. My Wevana EMDR tabs stopped connecting to the app immediately after a firmware/app update, even though they worked perfectly before.I contacted support on May 7 because I had an upcoming therapy session and needed the device working urgently. Over the next 4 days, I followed the reset instructions more than 5 times, but the issue was never fixed. Support kept sending the exact same troubleshooting steps over and over again without actually addressing what I was reporting.For a product designed for EMDR and mental health support, reliability and responsive customer service should be a priority. Instead, I was left with a nonfunctional device and no real solution, replacement, or refund offered during the process.

You came to support before a therapy session needing your Tabs to work, and instead got four days of the same troubleshooting steps without anyone actually engaging with what you were reporting. That's not the experience we want anyone to have, especially around something as personal as EMDR work.I'd like to look into this directly. I have had nothing but issues with these since I purchased them. The connectivity constantly disconnects and there is an error code when updating. I have only used them about 15 sessions of one hour each and am very disappointed in the quality as they came recommended from the emdria site.
