Warranty
Using the BMC Companion App, showcases your commitment to keeping your valued bike in pristine condition! We support and reward this dedication by extending the warranty of your BMC bike frame from the original 3-year warranty to 5 years if registered within 6 months of initial purchase.
Bike Details
To start with, the app is exclusively for owners of BMC models from 2018 on. But we promise to expand our capacity with the next release, so if your valued bike comes from a different brand, you can manually enter the required info whilst still being rewarded with the same functionalities experienced by owners of BMC models from 2018 on.
Maintenance Reminders
After registering within the app, the rider is asked to set up their Companion account by linking their bike and their related cycling apps (Eg: Strava). The combination of your riding and bike info will trigger health check reminders for each bike component.
Service History
Keep track of your bike’s complete service history as well as additional notes from you or your trusted mechanic in a user-friendly interface. All tracked at the component level but also viewable across the overall bike.
Group Rides
Find riding companions for adventures, share your passion, and create lasting memories. Customize with your own avatar and rider type that truly represents you.

The BMC Companion app integrates with the Health app.
It would be a great application if wasn’t so buggy. Almost everything you try to do either doesn’t work or works from 3rd time. Even simple task like adding a comment to component doesn’t work - clears text after 2nd character entered.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! You are right, the text entry was far from farless and has therefore been worked on for the last week. We will be releasing a new version early next week. Hopefully you will be able to test it again and be happy with a much smoother text box.
My 2023 BMC is obsolete

I have a top of the range BMC SLR 01 One bike from 2023 that costs around $14,000. My fork was damaged in an accident. My surprise came when I went to the store in the USA and realized that there was no stock in all of the USA. Well, I said to myself: I'm going to write directly to BMC in Switzerland so that they can fix it for me. No, the answer was worse, that there weren't any in the world and that they didn't know when they were going to build more. I don't have an obsolete bike, at least that's what I thought. But it seems that for BMC our money and the trust we put in a brand and its support are worth very little. I have been very disappointed with the brand. I'll see how I solve my problem on my own, because for BMC my 2023 bike is already discontinued. They lost a customer 👍
