I’m going to use part of someone else’s review because it’s the exact same thing I’m dealing with. Also, most of the time mine doesn’t even login with the app ! I am on vacation in the area with good Wi-Fi and cell phone service but the whole week I’ve been here, the app has only logged on once where I could see my cat ! Set it up over the home Wi-Fi and worked great. Went to work and can’t even log in. Could connect for 3 seconds over cell data and everything was offline. The app is failing one thing it was designed for.

This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased. Every day is unpredictable. Every time I need to watch my pets, it doesn’t work. I’ve spent the last hour just getting locked out of my account repeatedly.
