I really like the game, until unfortunately, now. I was finishing a puzzle and I got to the last clue and I had one letter left! I tried everything. I deleted the app. I reinstalled it and that same one letter was still there. Can you please fix this problem for all of us having this issue

Got to level 100 had to stop letters were groups but the wrong set up so you could not give the answer went through all 100 levels again got to level 100,problem fixed now at level 147 the answer is profit but only have the of and the it but no pr to spell profit what a joke dont play
