As someone who walks with my dog as often as possible, I get a lot of enjoyment out of the Lev app. Tracking our walks is great, and I love that I can share photos and videos with the community. Everyone there is all-in on sharing photos of our doggies. I love the supportive vibe that the community has. There are unique and quality products available on the marketplace portion of the app, and there are real discounts available through the system of “bones” that can be collected on walks. I’ve made a couple of local friends and have been able to do meet-ups to go for walks, and it’s been really fun! I highly recommend the Lev app to anyone who loves their dogs and enjoys connecting with other dog lovers.

There’s a lot to this app that is unclear. I can’t really figure out how the bone system works, such as the different colors or how they end up in specific locations. I also think I lost a bone for something that didn’t make any sense. It should have just been an included feature of the app. Additionally, it looks like the bones just give you a discount whereas with other apps, you can actually earn gift cards. In my area, bones are not really at the best places. I would expect them to be inside parks and maybe throughout neighborhoods. While there are some in my neighborhood, they are also on busy roads and at intersections where people would not normally be walking with their dogs. It can also be really specific, such as needing to be on the correct side of the road or being 10 to 20 feet away from the bone location. I just don’t understand how they decide where to put them.I think this app could be fun, but it’s just not there yet for me.

Thanks for the feedback! Our updated algorithm now evaluates data from Lev users’ walks to place bones where they can actually be collected. Plus, with the new Marketplace, you can now use bones to cover up to 100% of your order cost at 25+ connected stores (and counting). We hope you’ll give it another try!
