Target one area or cover the full body, with specific wavelengths studied to support skin health, body contouring, comfort, and hair growth. • Pressotherapy: 30 minutes in a full-body compression suit. A soothing compression massage that supports your lymphatic system. • Cold plunge: a private cold plunge room held at 42 degrees, yours for 15 minutes. Most clients plunge for 2 to 6 minutes. • Contrast therapy: book an infrared sauna session followed by a cold plunge session, back to back. New to sēk?
