I have been thinking about how I want to feel better… for longer than I care to admit ;) I’m so glad I found Lumiere and the other Fabulous apps. Even if things seem chaotic- I can use the tools introduced to me- whether it’s to welcome my feelings and greet them by name, or using the shortest possible meditation… then adding more sessions because I felt like it was helpful at 1 minute, so maybe a 3 minute session wouldn’t be too hard. It cheers for you as you go along- reminding you that you have made progress- little steps, that add up on our life’s journey. It gives you hints on how to deal with challenges- and maybe it isn’t pertinent to your day (yet) but they are tools that can be useful in the days to come. I end up doing LOTS of screenshots because I want to share things with friends and loved ones but I guess they don’t want to make it too easy so people don’t get away without logging in and paying?? I have clicked share this and it seems to just be a link- I don’t like this part of the app- I think if my “friend” could see the text as it is… that they would realize that there is something special about this app - then be more inclined to get it. If they have to “get” the app before they can read what I share… I don’t think many people would click on that link… Kinda defeats the purpose

I began using this app in April 2025 to record my gratitude journal and monitor my progress over time. Initially, I wasn't consistent because I was also using another app by this creator in Clarifying, which I find fantastic. By November 2025, I had resumed utilizing this app. When I open it, an AI assistant appears, offering help in four categories: anxiety, feeling worried, or nothing. I think that enhancing this feature would improve the user experience. I enjoy posting photos from my phone to keep a record of the day, in a reasonable way. I like all of the apps from this developer and plan to continue using them until I complete the journeys. I appreciate how it uses behavioral data to explain how the brain's neurological pathways can change through mindset shifts. It emphasizes self-expression and listening rather than suppression. Being true to yourself and your goals is key, and staying intentional and present in your growth helps you become the best version of yourself.

Lumeier is more helpful than any other of the Fabulous apps. I for a while used Clarity when I thought I had ADHD as well as PTSD. But my neurologist, diagnosed it to be social anxiety disorder. I am an introverted empath and have never liked spending too much time socializing with others. Social anxiety disorder is an ego-dystonic condition. Meaning people who have the disorder usually understand that their anxiety is unwarranted. And the symptoms might become so serious that out of disapproval, feeling embarrassed or wondering, as if you are being talked about, they would do anything to escape the situation. But Lumiere has helped me understand what it means to practice gratitude and thankfulness for everything positive. As an empath, I often feel excited yet to the point of where it becomes so intense that it makes me panic. I can simultaneously be just as stressed as I am excited about a situation. People were much more aware of how philosophy is important for daily life before the technological explosion of AI took over. Soren Kierkegaard was a Danish poet, philosopher, theologian, social critic, and religious author, who is widely considered to be the first existentialist philosopher in history. He said that “anxiety is the dizziness of freedom,” the dizzying effect of looking into the boundlessness of once own possibilities. Without anxiety, there would be no possibility, and therefore no capacity to grow and develop as a human being. To have the social anxiety disorder is quite interesting though. I can approach a situation, and stay calm by knowing that this anxiety is not taken out of being sad (only uncomfortable about the situation). It can be very scary but interesting. Kirkegaard I believe also means of how anxiety is the dizziness of freedom is because while one can have the awareness that feeling anxious, it’s also a sign to learn something from the experience.

Great addition to the Fabulous app

I was leery of trying this because of its expensive nature. However, they give us a seven day free trial and then a 30 day free trial. I thought it would just be another repetition of the fabulous daily habit tracker app. However, it is very helpful and a great addition! I found out things about myself. I never knew. It’s definitely helping me heal inside and become more resilient. Don’t hesitate and put off living your best life. Try this now. It’s life changing and extremely helpful. Though some quotes and occasional messages mirror that of the Fabulous app, it is definitely geared towards healing emotional pain and I am so glad I found it . I only wish it were cheaper and offered a monthly subscription.
