Paying for what?

For a paid service, there are large periods of time with no reports. I understand holidays and weekends happen but then why make this a subscription service when not even major weather alerts or MAJOR accidents and incidents aren’t being mentioned? If we have to pay for the posts, posts should be consistently happening, just like our payments. Protests are happening on NAU campus, large police presence at multiple locations. All things posted on other news outlets but not in an app that charges for “breaking news” around town. Don’t waste your money

The app is tragic. The fact that they charge a premium subscription just to view their content is a travesty. Rather than have such a poor built app just use the website. Having this app that’s never updated or ever works. Is just insulting to your company.
