I’ve been doing Swan by Carolina for about six months now, and I find Carolina and her space to be incredibly warm and inviting and a safe place for all women. Carolina has an extremely warm presence and wants women to feel that this is a place for them to come and be themselves at their own pace, at their own level, and on their own time. Carolina creates a space that feels very authentic and personal. It is a pleasure to listen to her voice and watch her well learned movements. I love that there is no aggressive or bossy tones, and yet the workouts are extremely invigorating and empowering and require full mind-body connection. After six months time, I have noticed an extreme improvement in my flexibility, range of motion and functional movements in my day-to-day life. From deep, squatting to hip mobility to full range of motion in my shoulders and spine that wasn’t there at the beginning of my workouts. Carolina is a gift to her community of women, choosing to lift women up and create a beautiful and sacred space for women to feel good in their skin.

The stars aligned after trying soooo many different styles of movement I found Swan by Carolina. Her method is the best combination of grit and endurance mixed with care and grace. It’s pure joy to be a part of the artistry and athleticism. The way my body and mind feel after mastering a tone and connecting both physically and mentally is so rewarding. Each new week i’m filled with excitement to see what gifts the new tone has in store. I’ve been a member for over a year and have felt so many parts of my body (and mind) waking up and toning during and after a workout. As a 44 year old mother of 3, I thought postpartum body was just something I’d need to come to terms with. I didn’t realize it was possible to feel stronger and even better in my own skin. With Carolina, (and lots of sweating!)…this is possible. And it’s a method that I can see doing and adapting for years to come. The app is SUCH a bonus so now I can take her with me while I travel and stay in a routine. Amazing content. Absolute MUST TRY!

Carolina is relatable; that is one of the primary reasons why I continue her workouts (after 3 years) and suggest them to friends. I very much hope that her brand doesn’t become too commercial and something of “another world” like some. She is down to earth, her equipment is basic, her music is awesome and her workouts are efficient! Her goal to connect movement with the psychology of wellness is on point. Many programs out there are all about “loosing weight or lifting more weight” but Carolina is about connecting the body, with the brain, and with our own self perception.

After having my second baby in September I wanted to get back into working out but nothing resonated or had me feeling good. Until I found swan everything literally changed it’s the only thing I can actually stay consistent with. I absolutely love her workouts and her philosophy of lifestyle and making it work to fit your schedule. As a busy mom of 2 she really helped me put things into perspective. Some days 20 minutes is all I’ve got and she made me realize that’s totally okay and still worth commuting to! Love love love Swan. Beyond thankful ❤️
