Your service is excellent, but with one feature I think there are rooms to improve - the 12 hours wait time, I wish there is no need to wait 12 hours to do things!

Be aware of the trap

I have applied the EasiCredit and then it always appears as the default payment method in the app when I tried to transfer money. It is tricky when try to switch to other payment methods as the selection does not always apply. Thus it happened a couple of times that I used my EasiCredit to transfer money. It will never remind you of the overdue of the payment until you are charged of a big late late fee of $120 (for an expense of $20 last time). And there is no option to automatically pay it using GIRO like what I usually did for the credit cards. The design is Not user friendly. Feels more like a trap. So be aware of it when you try to use their service.

If you can't log in to this app, please try the update first, most likely because of the version problem, I made two phone calls with customer service to report that I can't log in, and the result is simply because it is not the latest version
