Today- I placed an order on my target app. I drove up and parked thinking someone would deliver my goods. I waited 15 minutes and still nothing. I left my two under 2 years of age in the car with my husband as I went inside. Customer service had my order and as they brought it out it was the wrong item. The item not only was a different color but also a different price?!?!?!? As I mentioned that it was in corrected the employees started to point finger to one another. I immediately left to go pull the item myself in the store as my children were in the care and their patients level was slim to none. What is the app for??!!???? I didn’t find the item, so then I asked them if we could order it online.... the manager of the customer service area there then comes back to tell me that their device to place the order was broken!?!?!?!?! I didn’t have the time nor the energy as I truely thought I was going to receive this at the drive up station. He ended up giving me. $5 gift card.... I guess, thanks?!?!? For the gas spent traveling from the other side of town and coming to this particular store because their online said they had this particular item. Time is money—- $5 wasn’t good enough. Not only did I drag my family through that but I wasn’t even able to get my item nor ordered. I’m so disappointed in the way this was handled and expect Target to be aware what’s happening in their stores. Target is one of my favorite stores to shop at for my children but this has definitely left a bitter taste.

First of all, I use it every week. It’s great but there are things that would make it 5 stars. I’ll say I shop on the app only and don’t go in the store because it’s easier. There’s the list. When you add something to the list, one would think that means you can go to the list and just add it to the cart. Nope. If you check the box on the left it removes it from your list. You might as well not use it. It is too circuitous to try and get an item from the list into the cart. It’s faster to just search and add. Shopping previous orders. This should be easier to just look at an older order and add items into your cart. The app automatically selects all the items, and you have to individually unselect items and then add them. Why not just put an add button next to the items and stop trying to force add 50 items. It’s ridiculous. The plus sign on the items is the coupon or deal, which is stupid. The favorite items finally became user friendly to add to the cart. The above issues should be exactly the same when it comes to adding to the cart. Stop showing things not in stock at the local store. If I choose “pickup” the app is supposed to eliminate items in a search that aren’t available. It doesn’t do it all the time. It offers stores that have items that are 50 miles away. Make it a setting I can change if that’s easier. I don’t care what other stores have. I go to my store. If I need something desperately, I’ll search those stores. Stop complicating it.

I LOVE the Target app. Shopping simplified with convenient pickup in store or drive-up. This app is easy to understand and totally user friendly! I pick which store i am shopping and the app remembers it unless I change it. It makes shopping easier and takes the stress out of getting groceries and household items. It’s all on my time, my schedule. I can add to my cart any time of the day or night and checkout with one click Apple Pay. The app alerts me when orders are ready and walks you through the pickup process with a few clicks of a button. The search feature allows me to find what I am looking for and the app lets me know if something is out of stock at my favorite store or getting low. I can choose a substitute item if I want in case it is not available or look for a nearby store with the item in stock. There is options to add and select favorites allowing you to quickly filling your cart with your usual items. There is also a buy again feature that is really handy. I can even look back at previous purchases to see all items I bought. The app even suggests items I may be running out of based on when I last purchased it! This is definitely my favorite app on my phone! It’s simple to use, convenient, has great features, and saves me SO much time. Thank you Target!!!
