I really love all the features in the app. You have done an outstanding job. It's really nice to be able to watch every shot by every player at any time by viewing their profiles. And you've made it extremely easy to follow players both individually and as personalized groups. The news feeds, live and recorded video streams, virtual participation, etc. are well-designed and conveniently laid out to maximize user engagement. The information about the players and the course is just the right amount and is readily available for anything and everything that anyone could want to know. I enjoy using this app..A big thank you to your development team!

I’ve loved this app in the past but this year everything feels very cluttered. By that I mean that they have every shot auto play when you click a players card. While seeing all the shots is neat if I wanted to watch the broad cast I would turn it on the TV or stream it to my computer, when I check the app on my phone I want a quick break down of how a player has scored on each hole. The PGA tour app does a good job of combining the video and shot tracking in a way that allows me to still use the app to check the scores quickly and see shots. For any developers using the app and want to see what I’m talking about pretend you’re at work and want to check to see how DJ did on number 10 then get back to work. You’ll notice the score card awkwardly split by a video that auto plays with the volume up, then you say well how did he get triple bogey so you go to the shot tracker. Now you’re auto playing another video of whatever hole he happens to be on and you have to go find number 10. You get to number 10 and now that’s auto playing, you click the X because it’s blocking the tracker ball flight (horrible positioning of it btw) but automatically skips to the next shot and then plays the next video! If I’m going to be forced to watch every shot anyway what’s the point of even having the tracker? Much of this also applies for if I’m watching the event on TV but want to check how my favorites are doing, well if that’s the case I don’t want the feed playing on my phone as I’m already watching it, just a quick glance to be up to date on how players are doing.

This is a real mess. Take navigation, for example. Too often you get stuck in a view that has no way out. I had to relaunch the app each tie l was is My Group, for example. On my iPad Pro, Screen rendering on the app was sometimes awful; overlapping text, for example. The word ‘favorite’ was used in ambiguous and sometime contradictory ways. For example, are the references to ‘your favorite’ players in My Group the favorites I’ve already selected in the separate ‘My Favorites’ section, or are they just another group you’re supposed supposed to create for this section. And why should you select more than 5 players in My Group/ lt sounds like a recipe for a random mishmash on the screen. You’d have thought they would have ironed out these issues before throwing it at us!

Quite an immersive experience, a bit too immersive for their own good perhaps. A vast archive of golf course related visuals, but the thing that Golf fans want from an app like this is a simple leaderboard that connects them immediately with their favorite player. All the ancillary aspects seem a bit overblown, being able to watch each shot of your favorite player is a terrific idea but it’s greatly weakened by the lag in coverage, it seems to take about 5 to 10 minutes at least, which is useless for this day and age in technology. I would be happy if they just updated and improved their shot tracking animated feature, which seems to post much earlier than the video, but still is a bit behind.
