Daytime commentators for espn are subpar and difficult to hear while streaming. I’m enjoying the app; especially your on the clock segment. Wish you had a notes section on the app or someway to list personal favorites to watch then get notifications when those players were about to begin their matches. Also... I would like the app to be able to create a personalized schedule of play according to personal favorites, which would include dates, start times, and court locations ( for easier streaming purposes). I see your app improving each year. I’m enjoying it very much.

In the latest news - or anywhere one is trying to read text, many sentences are overlapping, Making the article unreadable. (I am on an ipad pro). So if I find an article I may be interested in, I’d have to find it in a browser (generally not worth my time). And this has happened the last several years in a row. 9/1/22 Have you ever tried to find all of the player from one country? Obviously not because it is extremely tedious. Missing a couple of key features n my opinion. There is no way to select all the players from one country as favorites. In other words there is no filter on the players screen to filler by country. Also there is no way to just to just view your favorites. Instead you need to scroll through all the matches. What is the point of having favorites if you can filter by them? Such an easy feature (it was present on the Wimbledon app) to implement and yet no go. For 2020 RADIO does not work! Icon Never changes from play to stop to play. No sound. Really poor showing. If this is powered by American Express they should get their money back. Sure it’s free but this is constructive criticism.Still no way to see all players from a single country. Please add a way to search by country. Other Grand Slam apps have this functionality

The first thing I would fix is when you get the red numbers alerting you to something needing to be addressed, have a way to actually know what those alerts are and then have a way to get rid of them. I keep getting them, I have no way of knowing what they are for or how to get rid of them. Overall, the app is better than last year’s edition but still is lacking when compared to the Wimbledon app. I would compare the US Open to the Wimbledon app and then make your changes. This tournament does the absolute best at making money. Put a little more of that money into a good app which could be made the best. You have the best tournament in the world in the best location. It is time to make the app as good as the tournament. Quit making excuses.
