Have been using CORE for a few years but not recently. Just tried to open and like similar comments, program opens splash page but then shuts down. HELP make this useful again pleas.

I downloaded this app in hopes of furthering my career and it had absolutely no issues, scanning my face and taking my $40 but it wouldn't function and open the app, in the comments it says, delete it and download it and it should work and it didn't and I have tried it multiple times, i'm on a pretty fixed income and the fact that somebody just stole $40 from me basically I am pretty I rate over, fix your app please. It would be nice if I could have a reliable source.
