Not long ago, they added a hidden balance feature that makes every process with the app take 2 to 3 more clicks. They need to make it optional in the settings and I’m actually thinking about switching banks to another that has a function that’s more convenient. The main thing I want to see when I open my app is what my balance is and the fact that I have to go between my accounts and click see Balance again, and again is really really stupid.

Multiple ad notifications per week. Including for questionnaires, promotions and much more. There is no way to disable these ads. The only option is to turn off all notifications in iOS settings. The most recent update tries so redesign the whole app. It destroys something that was really good, simple and straight to the point. It became a copycat of modern fintech look and feel, and now lots of operations require more clicks and scrolls than before.Classic example why you should never go for complete redesigns.You should always make UI changes gradually, learning and iterating based on user feedback
