NZZ worked on my Ipad but not on my IPhone. I asked about this and got nonsensical responses. It went back and forth five or so times, each time with silly texts from NZZ. I think I was dealing with a badly functioning AI. I canceled my subscription

Same app for iPhone and iPad, despite much larger iPad screen.We pay for a digital subscription, but after a week or so the app annoyingly wants us to re-login, and then rejects our every attempt. Our only successful workaround has been to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then we can log in, which works for another week or so.
New in the NZZ App:
• The NZZ in your car. Whether commuting or traveling: listen to all articles and podcasts directly via Android Auto.
• Various bug fixes and performance improvements for an even smoother user experience.
