Great experience with RRCU

Personally, the Express Tellers are for the most part the most friendly and nice professional tellers and very helpful ever, always a smile! That would be my PLUS!The only negative is that I cannot take a photo of my check and submit to my account yet. I don’t know if there is a timeframe set up with new accounts or maybe I have not signed up to utilize that feature, however I would think it would benefit customers. I know a friend of mine said she had it available to her on the app.Other that, I am loving my experience with RRCU.

Personally, the Express Tellers are for the most part the most friendly and nice professional tellers and very helpful ever, always a smile! That would be my PLUS!The only negative is that I cannot take a photo of my check and submit to my account yet. I don’t know if there is a timeframe set up with new accounts or maybe I have not signed up to utilize that feature, however I would think it would benefit customers. I know a friend of mine said she had it available to her on the app.Other that, I am loving my experience with RRCU.
Love the idea but NOT good if have 2 logins - one for each acct holder!

Absolutely love the concept of online access to accounts, bill pay, transfer monies, etc. BUT REALLY DISLIKE LOGIN-ACCOUNT INFO ISSUE! We have a shared account (and I have a personal account). The information available to share should be by ACCOUNT not login. Example: I use my login that allows access to both SHARED Acct and personal account and I set up a monthly auto bill pay on shared acct. The other account holder uses the login that only shows the shared account. The second login CAN NOT see the new bill pay (and has/may set up for pay which is now paying bill 2x month). IT SHOULD BE BY ACCOUNT NOT LOGIN! Regardless of who enters the info the other login should be able to see new payee on account and any other transactions associated with the account. At my work, we all have our own logins, but we can all see the same information on an account regardless of what login entered the info (just tells us who entered it). I also wish the fields would auto default to the appropriate characters required. Fields that require numbers, pull up number keypad, fields that require text, open alpha keyboard, etc. Frustrating to changing bt letters and numbers at each field entry. Also wish editing payees was easier than having to delete to put in new information Great idea and use online as much as can (even w frustrations) but few tweaks and it would be amazing!

I have had very good luck with this app. It lets me take care of the basic and sometimes more advanced banking needs. I think the one place it falls short is transfers. It is not a smooth interaction. You often have to dig for features. One example is canceling a transfer. The whole process is not very intuitive. Another problem with transfers is functionality. An example is when I want to pay my mortgage by transferring, I can only send the money over, and hope it is applied as I want. My previous credit union allowed me to decide if I wanted to make a standard payment, or change the amounts I wanted to go to principal, interest or escrow. Overall, I like the app, but it needs to be updated. Frankly, I’m not sure it is the apps fault. It seems most of these limitations come from the back side. The mortgage department in specific.

App is out dated clunky and overall just trash!!Fort Smith AR has no ATM whatsoever so you can not deposit. What about people who work and can’t make it the hole in the wall you call a branch?You refuse to participate in the nation leading co-op network for shared branches and ATM networks.Fort Smith has United FCU that allows co-op deposits inside and at the ATM for other credit unions you must think you’re above co-op / Valera network. That being said the nations leading credit union Navy FCU participates in the ATM network for deposits yet you don’t?Another hole in the wall Mercy Credit Union Fort Smith participates it’s beyond a joke that RRCU doesn’t. Yet opens a branch in an area with no ATM! Come on do better!You also fail to allow members to protect themselves. You have no card control. No ability to restrict certain transactions or simply freeze if misplaced!You Rely on Visa Purchase Alerts to provide card alerts when most modern banking apps use push notifications yet you rely on others to fulfill your outdated app!You are far behind any local credit union and lightyears behind any nation leading.Please stay clear of whatever you wish to call this institution!
