In-App Purchase Terms
When you subscribe to a plan through the ServiceM8 app, payment will be charged to your Apple ID on a recurring monthly basis. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in the ServiceM8 app in More > Settings > ServiceM8 Account. Any unused portion of your free trial is forfeited after purchase.

Great app but has iOS 13 bug...

I’ve been using this app for my business for over two years and I love it. It’s absolutely essential in my daily routine. That being said, there has been a bug ever since I installed iOS 13 beta on my iPhone X and it has has carried over to the final iOS 13.1 release on my iPhone Pro Max. The app crashes every time I attempt to book a job. Works fine on my iPad Mini 2 running 12.4.1 though. I just assumed it was a bug within iOS 13 but as I said, it has carried over to the final release of the OS. Other than that, I highly recommend this app if you’re looking for a tool to log and book appointments, as well as well as managing a team of employees being sent out on field jobs. Keep up the good work.

Sorry to hear you're having issues, if you're experiencing this issue it means you're still using ServiceM8 7 app (designed for iOS 12), you'll need to update to ServiceM8 8.0 app (available on the App Store since the public launch of iOS 13 on 20th September), once you've done this the issue will be resolved.

Amazing Field Service Software

We have used ServiceM8 for over 5 years to run our business and it has been a major part of our success. The software has many tools which can be used for different types of businesses and the pricing blows the competition away. The customer service is very thorough and helpful when we do need support. The only challenging aspect is setting up the software to your needs as it takes time to figure out what your business needs or does not need but as I have mentioned most tools are there. We also love being able to customize our forms, invoices, estimates, text/email notifications, and other documents.

Robust app

The app is very robust and once implemented properly, it's a huge time saver. Implementation can be a little difficult, especially the forms. Their ticketing system for issues does leave a little to be desired. It took two weeks to get an issue resolved but they finally did. Overall, we're happy with it. Just eager to get the kinks worked out for deployment so we can take advantage of what it offers.
