It’s my first time owning a specialty vehicle that couldn’t be insured normally, and aside from having to carry a primary insurance on your ‘daily driver’ I really couldn’t be happier. My British bucket of bolts strands me regularly and the roadside assistance is quick and fantastic, and the call center staff are exceptionally quick and helpful.

So I’ve had this auto club membership, but why? I tried the ask us a question feature when you need help with your classic, no one responds ever. I have roadside assistance with my own car insurance, and if you reach out to customer service they don’t respond. So why bother to have it? Why pay the yearly 79 bucks when you can’t even get them to respond bc they didn’t send the promised magazine. Don’t waste your time, there are other car insurers for classics, and far better driving clubs to be members of. Sad that they can’t get it together at Hagerty anymore. I used to be a loyal fan!

After nearly spending 10 times as much money with Allstate, I went with Hagerty and am completely satisfied with their services!! So much so that I don’t think I’ll ever purchase another car that isn’t on their list! Thank you Hagerty!! You’ve made a loyal fan here!

I always used the website, because I didn’t realize Hagerty’s had an app. To my surprise, not only was there an app, it easy to use and gave me full access to all they have to offer. Downloaded my Insurance card and easily saved it to my Apple wallet.
