Hello. When you deposit a cheque, the amount is instantly deposited in your account. However, your file will determine if the amount is available for you to use at that moment. Only an advisor can tell you that while looking at your file. You would have to phone in at 1800-224-7737, any day of the week, from 6 a.m. to midnight. Have nice day - Rose

Hello! Regarding your first point, we are happy to tell you how you can activate and use the mobile deposit. The cheque must be in Canadian currency and come from a Canadian financial institution.1. You'll find the Mobile deposit feature in the menu of your Desjardins mobile app.2. You must activate the service and read and agree to the terms of use the first time you use mobile deposit.3. Enter the amount of the cheque and select the account you wish to deposit to.4. Take a photo of the front and back of your cheque using your smartphone or tablet. 5. The amount deposited could be held 5 business days* (Depending on your authorized transit)6. Repeat for each cheque you wish to deposit.Regarding the update for the iPhone 5, rest assured that we have forwarded your message to the appropriate department.Have a good night! - Richard
