My music tastes are eclectic. I found this site when I Googled Smooth Jazz Holiday music in early December. I signed up for a free 30 day trial and thoroughly enjoyed the holiday music. Now that I’ve been charged $90 for a year’s subscription, I’ve been sampling other channels. The Great American Songbook channel is simply outstanding! I have a friend who is a longtime host of this music on Buffalo, NY radio stations. I was looking for a service that offers a comparable offering when he’s not on. And I found it right here! The curators of these channels certainly know what they’re doing. I doubt I’ll spend $90 on anything better this year. Yes, I can spend the same amount on a gourmet dinner and enjoy it. But I’m hungry the next day. I will be listening to this app each and every day over the course of the next year. Each day, I’ll explore jazz, rock, classical and more, depending on my mood. This is certainly the best music app EVER!

There’s a high quality, expertly curated music stream for every musical taste. Thanks for the excellent audio quality and great curated streams. This app is streaming several hours every day on my Apple devices.And by the way, the membership fee continues to be the best purchase I’ve made in the AppStore.

I’ve been listening since the app was called Sky FM, I’ve always tolerated the ads as they were few and far between. Now in the past 2 months (January 23), the number and frequency of ads has exploded and NOW as of this morning they threw ads in the middle of songs twice! I get it that they have an algorithm that looks to push you towards paying the overpriced monthly subscription but if I wish to listen to ads, that should be enough. So as of today I’m finished with them. They ruined a once perfect platform! See ya as there are just too many other options out there. Also the app wants to freeze up when I have plenty of signal and it no longer works with Apple CarPlay. Every time a message comes through it quits playing and then out of the blue the on screen pieces showing the tune name and time of play vanishes and goes to a screen showing the other stations. Zenradio and pandora do not have this issue. Fix your issues before others bail on you.

After RadioTunes has been playing for awhile and I either stop it the music from playing manually or it’s stopped via timer, when I come back later to listen to music I press play, and RadioTunes briefly tries to connect but quickly goes to stop mode press play again same thing happens again. I have close the app completely and reopen the app then press play then it stays engaged. Not a new issue for me, it’s been like this for a long time, just finally taking a moment to inquire as to why and is there a fix for it. I still do not like the thumbs up and down icons. Useless, mark a song thumbs down it still shows up and plays again—so it doesn’t register my personal likes and dislikes of music. What’s the point of it. *****Support Response *** I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with our mobile app.Is the problem happening via Wi-Fi, data cellular or both?Please uninstall the app, clear cache and data, reboot the device and then install again.Let us know if the issue persists.Regarding the like/dislikes issue you reported, that also does not look like ordinary and intended behavior of the feature. Tracks that you disliked should not appear in your personalized playlists.Could you please give us an example of the track you disliked and that keeps appearing on your streams, as well as the channel you heard or disliked it on.Thanks,***My Reply***Quick reply however after following their suggestions still have the problem.
