FOR EVERYONE • New complete app backups protect settings, roster and logbook data automatically every week or month. Only the most recent 3 backups are kept to save memory space. These Backups include all settings except password (and TOTP for 4Y), as well as all databases incl. Logbook. • The new document area keeps reports, exports and backups together. With iCloud enabled, supported documents are also synchronized through the “Dutysheet” folder in iCloud Drive. • Backup restore, export and device-change guidance have been significantly improved. TUIFLY • Normal sync of TUIfly dutysheet on ALL devices, privat AND company iPad. No more 'Quickcheck' though. RB Webcal sync can be switched off and used as a backup. DISCOVER • Reports from the Jeppesen roster can now be generated and opened as PDFs, exported, saved under My Reports and optionally synchronized with iCloud. • Roster and masterplan refreshes now provide clearer progress information.

• Logbook: Individual flights can now be signed directly on the device by an instructor or PIC. Signed entries are protected while notes can still be added. • Logbook: New EASA PDF and print export with date-range filters and signed endorsements. • Logbook: PICUS is now available as an event. Signatures and their security seals are included in backups and verified during restore. • Live Activities: New streamlined settings for all timed duties or flights only. Lock Screen and Dynamic Island presentations have been extensively improved. • Discover: Crew changes are now shown separately for each flight. Previous common flights load faster and exclude the current rotation from the count. • Discover: Hotel pickup times can be managed as reminders and exported with calendar information. • Discover: Masterplan and crew displays refresh more reliably and handle outdated roster data more clearly. • TUIfly: Fixed a crash while retrieving the roster on iPad. • Additional improvements and bug fixes.

• iPad: The user interface and handling have been improved. • Spaces are now removed automatically when entering passwords. • The saved password can now be viewed and checked after authentication with Face ID or Touch ID. • After reinstalling the app without a backup, flights and crew data can now be restored from the previously used export calendar via a new option under Support. This also restores the history of flights shared with individual colleagues. • Discover: Shows Legal Rest in the month view (white bar) and under each rotation in list view

• Live Activities: The Dynamic Island presentation has been made more compact and refined. It can now be disabled separately in the app settings while keeping the Live Activity on the Lock Screen enabled. • TUIfly Cockpit: Flight data from the OFP app can once again be imported directly into the Dutysheet logbook.

Bug fixes for 15.5

• Crew rest calculator: Cabin crew rest calculation has been added. • The Sync page has been redesigned and is now clearer to use. • TOTP codes can now be shown directly on the Sync page, so Dutysheet can be used as an authenticator. • Logbook: The 3-landings-in-90-days check now also shows the expiry date of the current landing recency. • The hotel information page has been redesigned. Layover time, Google Maps, phone numbers and email addresses are now clearer and directly tappable. • Fixed a rare issue where the sync success message could appear repeatedly. • Additional bug fixes and improvements.

• TUIfly: Duplicate crew meal orders are now prevented.

• TUIfly crew meals: Fixed an issue where a second order for the same flight could include the previous order again. • NOTAMs: The schedule of a NOTAM is now displayed, for example runway closures with "DAILY 2100-0300". The AI briefing was improved accordingly.

• New Buddy View for the Masterplan. • TUIfly: New explainer video for Webcal import. • Small bug fixes.

• TUIfly: Fixed a problem where the masterplan switch would not activate on iPad. • Small bug fixes.

The copy button now appears only after weather and NOTAM data have finished loading. • TUIfly: Fixed a Quickcheck issue where a server request could be sent using the wrong HTTP method. • Discover: Masterplan and Crew Status now show the last saved data when the internet connection is unavailable or very slow, even if the duty sheet is more than 48 hours old. This keeps the information available in flight. • Discover: “Bad Gateway” responses from the Jeppesen server are now detected. The duty sheet request is stopped cleanly instead of continuing without a result.

• AI weather and NOTAM briefing: Copy weather, NOTAMs and a prepared AI prompt for your destination airport to the clipboard and paste everything into ChatGPT or another AI assistant. You get a detailed briefing including nearby airports and trends for possible alternates. • Crew Status and Masterplan are more useful on very slow connections: if the online request takes too long, for example in flight, the last saved status is shown in Offline Mode. • Bug fixes and improvements.
