I have had a share account at the credit union since the early 90s. Recently, I opened a simple, checking account at the credit union and experienced awesome customer service from the branch in Avondale Estates. The branch manager, Alette Battle, was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. What I didn’t notice is that location is understaffed and the wait time was very long for myself another customers. Otherwise it was an awesome experience!
Worst Bank App Ever.

Every time they update the app, you have to manually re enter your login info. Then you have to manually re enter allll of your connected bank info because if you press “connect bank with credentials” it will take eons to load (it never loads). The worst customer service support for the app, they just tell you to go to the website, BY THE WAY half the things on their website are unhelpful too. They don’t list your account number or routing number, but when you call saying you need it they tell you where to find it however it IS NOT THERE. They are no where to be found in the app. I should be able to easily and seamlessly pay my credit card bill using another bank as well as look at my account or routing number for this bank if I need to amongst other things. Just trash.

The app was working great, but now It does not do "face ID" and It does not remember me, to log me in or back in. I have tried the button to turn it off and back on to remember my log in but it does not.I am required to constantly relog in every time I go back to the app. or when it logs me out because I took too long. It is awful.
Please consider joining the money transferring software, Zelle.

I love ACU, but I wish Zelle was available through the union. I also wish I had full access to my credit card history and statement from the mobile app as opposed to having to log into the website. The convenience of “mobile banking” kind of goes away without the two features I mentioned.Hopefully someone does listen to this feedback and takes action with customer satisfaction in mind. Thanks!
