First, when you enter in a name of the stop you want to go to, and the name is a common name, such as Hauptbahnhof, then sort the list from closest to furthest away. I’m not taking the RNV to Kassel when I live in Mannheim. Second, the app should notify a user and remind them to Check Out, if an end stop was indicated in the search field and the user has arrived there but hasn’t checked out yet.

We are successively optimizing the search suggestions, but Germany-wide information is also possible via the app. If you also enter “ma” for Mannheim in the search, you will find what you are looking for more quickly. Have you enabled notifications for the app in the system? If you are using the Luftlinientarif, you will be informed automatically if the check-out has not been completed. Zahlung Luftlinienticket nicht geklappt

Die App ist super und macht das mobile Leben leichter. Frust entsteht allerdings, wenn von einem auf den anderen Tag die Zahlung des Luftlinientickets nicht mehr möglich ist, weil das Zahlungsmittel abgelehnt wird. Das ist einfach Mist, weil es natürlich immer dann passiert, wenn man gerade in den Bus oder die Bahn einsteigen will. Das muss sich dringend verbessern, sonst habe ich kein Vertrauen in die App

Die App muss viel verbessert werden!

In der Stadt (z.B. in Mannheim) funktioniert okay aber es zeigt nicht alle die mögliche Verbindungen, insbesondere wenn man pendeln (z.B. zwischen Mannheim und Heidelberg) will. Sehr schlecht für längere Strecken (z.B. Mannheim-Würzburg), da es manchmal den falschen Umsteigebahnhof zeigt.

Die App zeigt sehr oft nicht alle Verbindungen, für eine Strecke an.Oft fehlen die einfachsten Verbindung und sie schlägt eher mehrmaliges Umsteigen vor als eine Direktverbindung.
