I love Sendicks for so many reasons but I am so dissappointed that you charge almost $6 for order pickup. I am disabled and right now have all I can do to get in a car and drive over to pick up. I actually live across the street. I am not being lazy and have usually come in and use a riding cart but recently I had my left hip pop out. I love Target no matter how big or small an order is they don’t charge a fee, nor does Pick @ Save down the street. It really makes me mad and sad. Maybe it could be free over $45-$50. Paula

I love that Sendiks has a reward system but it’s very hard to use in store at time of checkout. So I was going to try to use the app instead. I’m a little disappointed that there aren’t pictures with the list of the rewards items…it would make for quicker identification. Also there’s no way to add the rewards items to a list to help you shop them in the store. I’d love it if they could make these tweaks to be able to redeem the rewards more easily.

Sendiks still has the best produce, fish and meatEver since Covid, I place an order and have it filled by one of a couple of reliable employees.The best part was the employee would call if an item was out of stock or it didn’t meat my “remarks.” It was the main reason I shopped with Sendiks during the pandemic. They are Sendiks and not Walmart.Then Sendiks changed their directives to their Express grocery shoppers.NO MORE CALLING CUSTOMERS ABOUT AN ORDER.Wrong, its the biggest reason I continue to do Express Shopping at Sendiks. Now I might as well shop at Walmart for food.Not every employee is as careful or gets to know their customers wants and desires.Also, I think these “personal shoppers,” should be allowed to accept a tip. Its like a restaurant server. Reward them for good service. Same should be at Sendiks.
