CAPO SONGS SHOW THE KEY YOU HEAR: A song played with a capo now shows the key your team will hear, with the chart's key and the capo right under the title. The key box says "Bb", and underneath it says "chart G, capo 3". CHANGE KEYS WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK: Change the key of a capo song and WorshipTeam walks you through it, in services, Lists and on the song page. It explains how the capo changes and suggests easy ways to play it, or you can pick another version of the song. On the song page you see each way before you keep it, or keep it in one tap with Show & Save, and if it's already saved, WorshipTeam opens that version instead of making a copy. PLAY ANY SONG WITH A CAPO: Tap "Play with a capo…" when you change a song's key, and WorshipTeam suggests easy ways to play it in the key you need. SAVE YOUR OWN VERSION: Every team member can now save a version of a song, in the key they need or with a capo. CLEARER MESSAGES: If a change can't be made, the app now tells you why. YOUR PROFILE: Saving changes to your own profile works again. Edit Profile on your own name in People now opens My Profile, where you can change your phone, cell and email. NOTIFY YOUR TEAM, AND KNOW IT WORKED: If you tapped Notify on a service and your team never heard a thing, that was our bug, not yours. Notify now tells you plainly if a notification could not be sent, instead of saying it went. Add a message if you like, or send without one. CHOOSE WHICH DATE: On a service with more than one date, choose whether to notify everyone on every date or just the people on one. Open the service from one of its dates and that date is already picked. NOTIFICATIONS FROM YOU: Your team sees your name on the email, and their replies come straight back to you. The link opens the service in WorshipStand, ready to practice, and your message arrives exactly as you typed it. ONE NOTIFICATION PER PERSON: Someone playing guitar and singing on the same Sunday gets one notification, not one for each position. Turn your phone sideways. LANDSCAPE, EVERYWHERE: The app has been upright-only since day one, and you told us that was wrong — chord charts especially. It rotates now, on every screen. Turn the phone on a chart and the lines stop wrapping where you don't want them to. THE SCREEN STAYS ON: No more tapping the glass mid-song to keep the chart alive. While a chart is open, or while a service is playing, the display stays lit. Put the phone on the stand and leave it. STAY SIGNED IN: Being asked to log in every day was the single most common complaint, and it's gone. Open the app once in a while and you simply stay signed in. And if you turn "Keep me signed in" off, it now genuinely stays off. MARK YOUR OWN AVAILABILITY: You no longer need to ask an admin. Open Services, tap "My availability", and put in the weekends you're away — the same thing you can do on the website, now on your phone. RESET YOUR PASSWORD FROM YOUR PHONE: "Forgot your password?" now opens a page built for a phone screen, and hands you straight back to the app when you're done. FIND SONGS BY ARTIST OR MINISTRY: What was "Brands" is now "Artists/Ministries", because that's what it is. My Songs and Group Songs also gained a checkbox for including your own versions, and it remembers what you chose. EASIER CHARTS TO READ: More breathing room above each section label, section names in colour so your eye finds them, and the chart layout you prefer is remembered between launches. A FIX WORTH NAMING: If you use a large text size and could not delete songs from a service, that was our bug, not yours — a button was pushed off the edge of the screen. It's back where it belongs, and long service names now wrap instead of being squashed together. Plus a lot of quieter work on staying connected and keeping your groups straight.
